Learn how to compound your own single-scent flavor oils using raw materials such as aroma chemicals and natural extracts. This class will guide you through the creative and technical process of flavor formulation.

In this class you will learn :
  • Olfactory training with 50 raw materials (chemicals and naturals)
  • Understanding the effect of each raw material in a formula, such as creating buttery, creamy, fresh, fruity, or other notes
  • Compounding 17 flavor oil formulas, including:
  1. Pineapple 10. Soda
  2. Strawberry 11. Green Tea
  3. Grape 12. Peanut Butter
  4. Yuzu 13. Chocolate
  5. Cherry 14. Cereal
  6. Apple 15. Acacia
  7. Peach 16. Wine
  8. Mango 17. Black Tea
  9. Cola
